Is sushi and especially Salmon your favorite food and you are keen to learn how to make it?
Join us for a delicious hands-on Japanese cooking experience! Chef cooks from the Tokyo Sushi Academy will demonstrate how to prepare salmon soup and teriyaki salmon and will let us taste this mouth-watering delicacy! Afterwards we will learn how to make the famous salmon inside out roll and will be able to taste our creation.
Your chef of the day will be Mr. Junichi Asano, who has over 15 years of working experience in Europe as a Master Chef of the Japanese Embassy. He worked in countries like Germany, Ireland and Hungary and has extended knowledge not just of the traditional Japanese cuisine but also knows his way around fusion style Japanese food by adjusting the cuisine and using local food materials.
Tokyo Sushi Academy Singapore is the only culinary school to learn how to prepare the Japanese traditional food, “Edomae Sushi.” More than 100 Japanese and foreigners have graduated every year from the Academy and are working as sushi chefs energetically all over the world. 22 Experience is proud to partner with Tokyo Sushi Academy and get a glimpse into the art of sushi making!

ABOUT THE EVENT This is a special event, customized to the needs & interests of our guests. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy the Salmon Sushi, Soup and Teriyaki Class and Demonstration with Tokyo Sushi Academy and 22 Experience.
VOUCHER INFO Confirmation will be received at time of booking. Please present the booking confirmation as a paper print-out for this event or as a digital copy on your mobile device.
DAMAGE OR LOSS (Venue) Participant shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any property of the venue arising from the event. The cost of replacement or repair will invoiced to be rendered at the end of the event or at any time thereafter.
DAMAGE OR LOSS (Participant) Participant shall be responsible for all property (whether belonging to the Participant or any other persons attending the scheduled event)placed, deposited, brought into or left in any part of the venue's premises. Neither the host nor 22 Experience Pte Ltd shall be responsible for any safekeeping or custody of any Guests’ property. Under no circumstances will the host or 22 Experience Pte Ltd make good or accept responsibility or liability in this respect.
GROUP SIZE The event has a minimum number of 4 participants and a maximum limited number of 12 slots. 22 Experience Pte Ltd and Tokyo Sushi Academy reserve the right to reject any bookings at any time and especially after the event is fully booked. In case less than 4 participants have booked the event and in case the host decides to cancel the event, the participants will be fully refunded.
MINIMUM AGE The minimum age to participate in the Salmon Sushi, Soup and Teriyaki Class and Demonstration is 14 years.
